Our company is My Levels Limited (company number 11393004), whose principal place of business is My Levels Limited, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE

Your Privacy

We at MyLevels hold very strong views on privacy - we believe your data belongs only to you and you must have full control and visibility at all times. Furthermore, we believe selling people’s data is evil and we (contractually) promise that we will never sell your data to third parties. All personal data remains within MyLevels and is stored encrypted in a UK data centre near London.

Here we describe our privacy practices for our website, application, products, and services (the “Services”). If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy please do not hesitate to get in touch: data@mylevels.com

Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect technical information and information about your visit to our website and your use of our app in order to understand how people use our Services and improve them over time.

Technical information includes data such as your IP addresses, domain names, the country you’re visiting from, files requested, your browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

Information about your visit and app use may include the full URL clickstream to, through and from our website (including date and time), length of visits to certain pages and app screens, page and app interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, taps, and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page or app.

We keep this information anonymous as much as possible in order to protect your privacy. We use analytics partners (such as Google Analytics) to help analyze usage and traffic. As an example, we may use analytics partners to analyze and measure, in the aggregate, the number of unique visitors to our Services.

Information you provide us

In general, you can browse our website without giving us any personal information, other than the technical information we collect automatically as mentioned above. To access parts of our website and to join our private beta we ask for your name, email address, how you found us and your personal goal using our product.

If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, contact information, and message.

We use this information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, for example, on how to participate in our private beta; to check our records are right and, if you opted in to receiving occasional email updates from us, to send you updates on our progress. We don't and will never share our email lists with 3rd parties.

Information we receive from your use of our Services

If you decide to participate in our private beta or use our Services at a later stage we collect application usage data; optional information such as your age, sex, weight; any relevant medical information; glucose sensor data; nutritional and physical activity data if you choose to provide it.

Usage data includes IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, device information (including device and application identifiers). This data is used to improve our software and will never leave the company.

Glucose sensor data includes all glucose data you choose to send to us directly and readings you collect when using the MyLevels application to scan your sensors. Nutritional and physical activity data includes meals or exercise sessions you’ve logged in the application. We use this data to provide our Services to you such as personalised nutrition information based on analysis of the data provided.

We ask for your explicit consent to process the data. We also ask for your consent separately when you take actions leading to our obtaining the data, for example, when you activate a new sensor or if you grant us access to your exercise or activity data from another service. You can withdraw your consent at any time, including by stopping using a feature, removing MyLevels access to a third-party service, or deleting your account and all your data. Reach out to our data protection officer Iliyan Zarov at data@mylevels.com with any request.

No third parties

We do not and will never share your personal data with 3rd parties. Your personal data, including glucose sensor data, nutritional and physical activity data, and any relevant medical information you decided to share with us, always remains within MyLevels and is stored encrypted in a database hosted at a UK data centre near London.

Technical data and data about your visit to our website and usage of our app may be shared with our analytics partners to help analyse and improve the use of our Services as described in a previous section.
